These terms apply to purchases made from Sumaiya Trading Corporation through this online store.

Products and pricing

We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and stock information accurate. Product availability is subject to confirmation. We may correct an accidental pricing or product-information error before accepting or dispatching an order.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact the customer to verify the order, delivery address, stock availability, and final delivery charge before dispatch.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is accepted. Customers must pay the confirmed product total and delivery charge when the order is delivered.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is available within Chattogram Division. Delivery charges vary according to packaged weight and size and are confirmed after the order is placed. Store pickup is available from our Chattogram address after the customer receives confirmation that the order is ready.

Returns and replacements

Eligible requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The packet or seal must remain intact, the product must be unused, and the original packaging and proof of purchase are required. Approved claims are handled by replacement, subject to inspection and availability. The customer is responsible for return delivery costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
