Delivery area

We currently deliver within Chattogram Division only. All delivery addresses are reviewed manually after an order is placed. Orders with addresses outside our service area may be cancelled after we contact the customer.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary according to the packaged weight and size of the products ordered. The delivery option at checkout has an initial charge of ৳0. This does not mean delivery is free. We will contact the customer after receiving the order, confirm the address, and provide the final delivery charge before dispatch.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available. The amount payable includes the product total and the delivery charge agreed with the customer before dispatch.

Store pickup

Store pickup is available from Sumaiya Trading Corporation, 44, Enayet Bazar Road (Womens' College Road), Chattogram. We normally prepare pickup orders within 24 hours and will notify the customer when the order is ready. Please bring the order confirmation when collecting.
