Sumaiya Trading Corporation accepts eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify, the product packet or seal must remain intact and the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or the Shopify order confirmation is required.

Replacement

Approved claims, including eligible defective or incorrect products, will be handled by replacement rather than a cash refund, except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law. Replacement is subject to inspection and product availability.

Return delivery cost

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Sumaiya Trading Corporation.

How to request a return

2. Provide the order number and explain the reason for the request.
3. Wait for return instructions before sending or bringing the product back.
